Very helpful and patient
was very patient with me sometimes I would bother him to ask him questions he would answer or he'll call me back and he'll answer me my questions that I had.
It was great because, everything was quick and very understandable.
overall the process was good
was not enough to call me and let me know he sent an email which was great because I get busy at work and sometimes I don't check on periodically. By him let me know kind of helped us smooth the process along without more delays.
