    Great communication and explaining the steps necessary towards getting a home that I wanted. I couldn't have done it without Howard, he was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job of explaining what was needed and what to expect.

    The process was easy, we were able to save on closing costs with the bug and borrow bundle and Howard always took the time to try to ease our nerves and help us understand the process.

    Howard did a great job of communication with the buyer as to what he needed, when he needed it.....it was an unusual situation, that Howard experienced before and he navigated the buyer through the transaction very well.
