He was very patient, informative, and professional towards me as a first time home buyer.
Communication and team approach. only negative comment is I don't think the final rate of 5.5% was clearly communicated until I was signing the docs. I thought it would be 5.1 or maybe 5.375 for various add on to the rate for a few requests...
