Heather and Anisa were great. Always answered our calls on the first ring, or called us back in a timely manner. They answered all our questions and walked us through the process clearly, as it was our first time.

Excessive documentation. We have tens of millions of dollars in assets and this felt like we were being vetted for a mission to Mars. That's not Heather and team but it's not a net efficiency in my world.
