Heath Barnes and his team were easy to work with, communicated weekly with us on the progress of the loan, and answered all of our questions in a very timely manor. We could not have had a better experience.
This was my first time to go through the lending process, and Heath was extremely helpful. He or a member of his staff called once a week to check in, which I really appreciated.
The Barnes team was quick to respond to questions and great at explaining the various loan options. They were able to close very quickly when we were on an aggressive time schedule.
