Communication was lacking and inaccurate. This closed late and was very stressful at the end. My client and I felt numerous balls were dropped, and ridiculous excuses ensued. Very unpleasant experience.

It was challenging to contact Health and confirm when we received communication if it was coming from someone on Heath's team. We were contacted by people that weren't on his team.
