We had a great experience working with this team. Early on Greg prefaced us with how our 9 month waiting period would go and he was extremely accurate. I was prepared for the speed and rigor the process can seem at times.

Jessie's ability to metabolize all the different people, personalities and problems/hurdles is honestly impressive. She also has the ability to calm down an already nerve racking experience. She is the best!
