Communication, I was unable to receive answers to questions I had. I left voicemails and never received a call back on two (known) occasions. Had to seek answers from other sources.
Ginny was great. She answered all of our questions and was available when we needed her. She walked us through the entire homebuying process. I'd recommend Atlantic Bay Mortgage to anyone seeking homeownership.
