Chase was great to work with. Chase sent clear communications and when I got confused between purchase and sales events and documents, Chase was extremely patient with me and helped reset my list of actions needed in a clear fashion.

It was my frist home buying experience and I think it was mostly positive. I wish the down payment info would have been more clear but otherwise it was good.
