The responsiveness was very good. Could have put a bit more effort into explaining the "why" of certain portions during the process.

There were basic errors in our file that slowed down our closing but that wasn't a major issue. The email and text communication was good but we would have appreciated something face to face.

Gene always does a great job with my buyers. He listens to their wants and needs and then dives in to find the best loan program for them. Gene communicates well with the buyer and the agent.
