I started my streamline process in July, 2020 and finally closed late November. The documents I requested were not in the first docs so a second visit was required. I had to reach out to find out that the plan was still moving forward .

We should have been told how long the refi would take to go through. We ended up waiting 3 months. We would jot have known it was going to take that long if we hadn't asked 5 weeks into the process.
