Everything was simple
Took long time to complete the process and I didn’t get notified to stop my current ACH direct deposit was just told no payments due. Had to reach out to see how to reestablish another ACH and when i would be refunded my payment

I was disappointed in the length of time between submitting the refi application and the actual closing. Applied in July but didn’t close until Dec.
