Felipe worked thru some hurdles we had to get this loan done. He listened intently and was very patient with my questions. He's a model loan officer for your company. He offered suggestions to overcome my problem. He never gave up on me.
Philip was very helpful and made everything easy and even when I messed up and couldn't get into the app, he continually sent it to me and it helped me through it. I will gladly work with him anytime and I'm glad he is my manager thank you.
