I think Federico is great, I just felt like there was some ambiguity in the rate we ended up with that made me feel like maybe I should have shopped around a little more.

I had minimal communication with Federico. He did a great job, but I cannot say I really had any communication with him. He worked with my Title company and buyer agent.
Federico gets the deal done.
