I am extremely happy with the service I received. I worked with Brian Jaeger and Nicole McQueen. They were both responsive, prompt and personable. They made this stressful process pleasant for me. I would recommend them to anyone I can.

The worse experience! I started the refinance process in November and I just closed almost three months later. The lack of communication was awful. They wouldn't answer phone calls or return emails.They didn't even let me know prior to closing...
