I requested information on a 2nd mortgage and Chris handled all the primary information and then Karren handled the actual setup of the loan. Both made the process easy and efficient so I could close within a month. Great Team!!!

I used PHL to purchase my home on a va loan. Amazing company I've never had any issues. Everything was basically done for me. I also recently used my va refinance option to lower my interest rate and monthly payment. Again another amazing job....
