Although everything was done online, I was surprised on how easy it was for me. The communication by email was great. The whole process was a lot easier and less stressful.

NAF made me feel like they were in my corner and ready to assist the whole time. Their response time was more than reasonable. They are really good at what they do and make the process less complicated.

i feel like it was a little hard to reach Margie sometimes and my loan officer but they also went on vacation like the same time so that's not completely their fault my overall experience was good.
