Working with Doris Vivens was great!
Everyone was pleasant, punctual and easy to work with.
His patience knowledge and understanding it was a very difficult loan to get through any he worked with me step by step with very much patience and very much understanding he's really a great loan officer
Communicative, helpful
Erik and Felicia were both very helpful and informative
Process extremely slow and constantly asking for the same information over and over.
Service was really good from Erik, the whole refi process was not good, it took way to long and to much back and forth with info need this and that needed which was not on Erik but the Processor of the loan.
Good communication, answered all of our questions.
