This is the 1st time I heard from Mr. Topalian. Furthermore, it takes to long to receive a response to emails. The automated system continuesly ask for items that are already submitted.
Communication was great
Great communication and always returned called and emails in a timely manner..overall made it a smooth process from beginning to end

Erik is very friendly and easy to talk to. He returns your calls and emails promptly even if it means staying late to do so. I highly recommend him.
Erik, also responded to my questions in a timely manner. He also took time to let me know, we could refinance, because I inquired before to do this, and was told I could not do this.
Erik was super helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process and the entire thing was no headache!
