I'm Erik Ramirez, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving Yakima County and clients throughout Washington State. I've worked in mortgage lending since 2018 and regularly serve Yakima, Toppenish, Sunnyside, and Grandview. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers and clients purchasing investment properties.
