The personal touch, the human treatment the respect show for the client needs.
The most professional Loan officer in the valley, after years of try in yakima and get "nos" all around, Erik is the only one with a real respect to he's costumers.
communication was good.
Erik was always available whenever I needed to ask him anything. He went way beyond what I could have asked for.
