Erik was kind and always there whenever I had a question and what ever that question was he was able to answer.

Erik was awesome the entire way through my first home purchase! He was extremely patient and helpful, thoroughly answering my questions and doing all he could for me to get the best rates and payment. I highly recommend!!

Instructions were clear, questions were answered quickly and completely, rate and fees were fair.

Communication was lacking, had to complain to get more communication than emails. Didn’t start actively helping until then. Would ask for documents but then say they don’t meet criteria needed to submit, but never gave criteria originally with...

Erik was very in the know and kept me updated along the way.
