Lack of communication about change in terms of loan at last minute, ignoring multiple requests for information, no transparency. When asked was given false hope answers instead of real concrete detail.
Eric and his team were very responsive, and very effectively guided us through the process from the initial application to a successfully closed loan.

I was suppose to meet with Eric on the refinance saving today and he stood me up without letting me know in advance that he was not going to make it to the call. He didn't return my email or the phone call which I find it very unprofessional....

The process was really easy. The team was responsive. The complexity of my situation seemed like no problem to this team. Although the rates were not the most competititive, it was worth it due the simplicity of the process.
The whole team did an outstanding job, I had a very complicated situation and everyone worked extra hard to accomplish the difficult task. Thank You Eric, Ariel and Carly !
Eric and his team went above and beyond to help us get s loan. We would recommend him to anyone who wanting to get a flip loan. Eric and his team deserve a raise or a big Christmas bonus.
Very smooth proces, all questions answered promptly by both Eric and Heather who at the end of the process was extremely helpful.
