Everything went smoothly; they were great to work with; I was always informed as to what I needed to do and when; and their guidance was very helpful. Rates were very competitive.
Eric was great at pointing out options I had and explaining pros and cons. He kept me informed on progress and were we were in the process was always availalble, including weeekends. He and Lauren were also very pleasant to work with.
