Eric was extremely communicative and accessible. He answered all questions quickly and transparently. The closing department did have errors with the final cash to close, but Eric was able to resolve the issues satisfactorily.

Eric worked hard to answer questions and made us feel like humans, not just a sale. Could have human conversation with. Worked hard to get us a good deal and took time to explain everything and answer all questions
