Eric was patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and transparent throughout the whole experience. As first time homebuyers, he made it as simple as he could for us while assuring us that we could do it.

There were a few hiccups along the way. One was with Kyle H., not communicating with Jason Miller. The other was with the V.A. Not exactly sure what that was about, but when I called them everything went thru. And then there was the seller....
