Eric was always willling to respond to my questions with immediate responses. It worked out exactly as he said it would work out and I am very happy that I remained with him instead of all of the others calling and texting me at the time.

Every question I had was answered right away. The process was smooth and I was able to lock in a much lower rate they I expected. Eric and Glenda was a great team and newfi was a great choice
