Eric Bankston was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive (communicated even after hours & weekends). I truly felt as a loan officer, he looked out for my best interests. I would highly recommend Eric to others.
Ease of communication and the whole process
Not be ghosted after I agree to the terms. Communication went to zero. The loan closed late and I had to make last second appointments because it seemed that everyone forgot about me until the last second.
Eric was very helpful throughout the entire refinancing process. He was always available to answer questions and offered a very competitive refinance package. He was a pleasure to work with.
