    The process took over 6 months to complete. Nothing was clearly explained, ever. The interest rate went up due to the length of time it took to complete the loan. I did not hear from my loan officer for over a month and half even though i tried...

    I have used Flat Branch on most of my loans. Emily Machetta does an amazing job. The Communcations and updates has been perfect letting my buyers, sellers and myself constantly getting updates. She is amazing !!!!!!!!!!!
