Emily Machetta was wonderful to work with!!
Only negative response I have is that I would have liked if my loan officer had replied to emails and texts a bit faster.
Sometimes it was confusing when getting emails that said they were from Emily but she didn't send them. It's okay to use her email but the person sending should identify themselves as sending for Emily. Otherwise everything was great.
It took FOUR MONTHS to do a refi. The level of service was poor until Dawn La'Blanc started working on the case with me. She was very responsive and eager to help. Emily was nice and I'm sure was working behind the scenes but Carole was just...
