    The closing was still completed just after Hurricane Ida passed. Power and street lights still out in the majority of Baton Rouge. This was very important due to my work and timeline in Baton Rouge.

    Re-fi of existing loan allowed capture of a lot of info already on file there so less for me to provide. No appraisal required was great. Also like ability to lower rate after lock.
