    The overall process took much longer than expected. We had to submit paperwork multiple times. Felt a lack of communication with the team.

    Ed 's product knowledge and understanding of what we needed to do to get to the closing table were amazing. We had a few hurdles along the way and he and his team navigated us through and got it done.
