Smooth easy transaction with great rates even for a somewhat unusual income.A year later I came back to refinance again at an even lower rate (rates had dropped again).
Doug did a very good job. What I particularly appreciated was that Doug watched the interest rates for us to lock in at a good number.
Doug worked very hard to find the right mortgage product for me. He had to scramble when the appraisal came back unusually low but in the end he found just the right thing for the situation. I would gladly work with him again.
