Doug and his team are top notch. Prompt responses to phone calls, texts or email. Great communication and easy to understand explanations during the process of refi, as well as finding us a decent rate and low closing costs.

We knew what was happening all the way through and we were able to understand what was going on with our loan. There was no supprises when it came down to closing. That was great. Doug did a great job. We are a family a fair.
