Appreciate your willingness to explain our options in the beginning when we were looking at doing cash offers.
The process was smooth and the staff were informative and helpful. There were a few points of confusion, but that was mostly due to the complexity of the transaction and the many forms involved.

Doug made the lender process a breeze and was always available for questions.
From day one Doug has been quick to respond and readily available at all times. Quick turnaround for approval and very helpful when I had to deal with external issues with equifax. Doug even helped out our realtor during an open house!
