Our financing process was picture perfect. Great group of talented individuals!
The service was excellent anytime we had any questions everything was answered right away
Overall happy had a few issues along the way that could have been avoided.
I found the underwriting process very overwhelming and our agent overestimated our closing costs so we lost out on money.
Working with all of the representatives from Radius was a pleasure from beginning to end. They were very attentive whenever we had any questions. Everyone was extremely friendly.
The people are really nice and walk you through the process well.
Communication was lacking prior to close of home. Despite email, phone and text attempts response was not timely. The response to our inquiry (as to delays in response) ....they were inundated with refi and mortgage requests.
When any problems or questions arose, Donna DiBella and the rest of the Radius staff would answer them and/or resolve them.
