Ease of the process
The process was too long.Everything is through esigning not a fun. Many time they sent you a message you missed it. But their rate is very good.
Donna Dibella and team as usual (even during a pandemic) were amazing and even though this is our third time using Radius the team walked us through the process it was simple and always took time to follow up.
