Don did a great job getting us closed short notice. Closing date was pushed back twice due to the CD not getting signed by buyer. I would have liked to have been notified that it wasn't signed so I could have encouraged buyer to get on it....

Seemed like every time you turn around you had to submit the same things over and over like bank statements and if you had a $30 deposit they want to know what it was and where it came from when it really doesn’t affect the outcome that much....
