    The usual bureaucratic delays. Closing was delayed twice thereby triggering hte need to send new financial data that had already been sent.

    The process was awesome! Derek and his team kept us informed through the entire process. Paperwork exchanges/interactions were prompt and fluid. I would recommend this team to anyone who is in search of a mortgage or refinance.

I have lived in VA, DC and now Maryland where I reside with my wife and 2 girls. I am very familiar with each of these locations and I enjoy them all for different reasons.
