Not necessarily new American but the mortgage system is very aggravating and redundant. I feel it's because of 2008 housing crash. That wasn't necessarily the people's fault most of that was the lender's fault. I did nothing wrong yet I feel...

Everyone was very responsive and quick to process all paperwork to approve our loan. It went very smoothly and appreciated the wonderful customer service to achieve our goal to purchase a new house.
