Mr Ragosta was very professional, ALWAYS took our calls, explained the process in purchasing my Father’s home, advised us, and for that, we were very appreciative.
David and all of the support staff were wonderful. Refinancing was a new experience to me and very different than a purchase so it was great to have people so helpful throughout the process.
Everything worked out in the end, but we were told we didn't get certain papers turned in on time, when it actually seemed like it was a not on us.
