Timely, clear communication and follow-up. All questions answered and explained
Our loan took 6 months to close. We do not feel that David stayed on the processor to close our loan sooner. It took my daughter (works with another mortgage co.) to light the fire under them.
Everything thing I was told happen just that way. And it all took place in a timely manner.
The process went well and the setup for the signing was smooth.
The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional at all times. Such a pleasure to work with.
I want to thank David and Emily for their expert help with my refinance loan. They were always available whenever I had questions!!!
