The communication
The communication with David was great. Very responsive and answered all of my questions, however once the loan was in the closing phase, that person was not. The communication almost came to a halt

Going over details of the paperwork instead of just reading alone.
The communication was great and being transparent made it even better
Keeping our refi in house seems to have saved some extra steps. However, we did end up having to do an appraisal which actually came back better. Everyone had great communication and David was always there to answer the phone. Thanks!
