Great prompt service, everything went very well.
I never had one communication or update on the transaction and it was late in closing too. It held up another transaction . I would have appreciated not being kept out if the loop.
Dave always takes the time to treat us as people. He makes a connection and explains all of our options. He has done several loans for us over the years.

Having many clients that he has worked with numerous times over the years as they trade up into bigger and better homes.
