Everything was explained so well; and all of my questions were answered completely, patiently, and without delay. I would definitely use David Shelor again when I need another mortgage.
So this was the 3rd time we tried to get a loan for our house. The Previous 2 times (At no fault of our own) didn't work out. Dave and the Staff came in and in 27 days had us in our house. This is an AMAZING group in Blacksburg.
Dave worked very hard when a problem came up with our closing and was very knowledgeable with the the process and solved the problem. I would highly recommend Dave!
