I can always get communication any time there is a question. Dave is very knowledgeable in all aspects and I have never had an unhappy client with hls services.

My only gripe was with the inflexibilty of the Founders Title Company handling the disbursements regarding their admin processes.

Dave and his assistant, Dawn, are very experienced and offer phenominal service. Dave's made loans for some of my clients other lenders could not. Good mortage conpany also.
