Darrell was great at communicating. He gave prompt response and returned calls on a timely manner.
The process took far too long. Communication was slow. I was close to canceling the whole thing a few times. Other companies offered lower rates. Only because I’m a man of my word, made me stay with your company.
It was a stress free environment. Excellent communication and knowledge. Any help or questions I needed answered he was there with the right response. Overall a 10 out of 10 guy.
