4 months from the time we were contacted to finally have it done. When we are already a current customer I feel is rediculous. The lack of communication about why was not acceptable either. Sorry but not a great experience for sure

Working with Darrell was good. He was very friendly and helpful. But the over all delay in closing was ridiculous. Start to close took over 6 months with radio silence from processors for weeks
