The whole process was very quick and easy. Darryl was very quick to get back to me with any questions we had.
As this was my first refinance on my first home, I did not have much knowledge of the process. Darrell made it a very smooth transaction for me.

It was very easy to refill since we already had a loan. I have a loan refill before through another company we were with and it was harder than going to another company. Everyone was very friendly.
