Took longer than anticipated to close. Communication could have been better
I think the AI generated texts are difficult to get use to for a senior person.
Daniel explained every step and quick to help me when I had questions. Whole proces went smoothly thanks to Daniels professional service. The whole process was pleasurable.
My case presented serveral complications. And Daniel was the only one of about 7 loan officers able to figure out how to make it work. He was always available. Great experience working with him.
